On Thursday June 1st 2023, a new policy will take effect for the activation of the Outdoor warning sirens. Webster County Emergency Management Commission approved adding Hail and Wind as activation triggers for the sirens.

Citizens within the city limits of Callender are able to utilize the brush pile located by the city lagoon. You may take tree limbs to this location and the city will take care of burning them.

Please no logs over 12 inches, no ashes, no yard waste or debris.
